The cameras are rolling and the production of the third installment of the Mummy saga has begun. Cast as extras, you enter the film set of “Revenge of the Mummy” and without hesitation, you are informed about the strange happenings around the set. Advised to wear a “Med-Jai” symbol to protect you from any stray curse around, you find yourself inside a dark and ominous Egyptian temple. • The ride’s duration is 2 minutes, 58 seconds.
  • The ride has a track length of 1,906 feet.
  • The vehicles move at a maximum speed of 40 miles per hour.
  • In the first scene of the attraction, located to the left hand side of the sacrificial table, a corpse can be seen wearing a hat that says "Kong Rules!"
  • The attraction features a 25 foot, 50 degree drop.
  • Shipping crates can be found throughout the queue line stamped with names of the attraction's design team.
  • While in the design phase, Revenge of the Mummy had the code name of "Project Coin."
  • The ride vehicles weigh 6,250 pounds. That’s over 3 tons!
  • The statue of Anubis that hangs in the queue line weighs 1 ton.
  • On the attraction entrance portal, next to the Express sign, a clock can be found bearing the text "U.C. & Sons." "U.C." stands for Universal Creative. This can also be found on the ride vehicles.
  • 3,000 sheets of gold hamburger foil were used to create the "gold" props seen throughout the attraction.
  • In the treasure room scene of the attraction, a golden statue of King Kong can be found.
  • The launch track is 45 feet long, the ride vehicle is able to clear this section within 1.5 seconds.
  • The attraction has a lucky number of 13 ride vehicles, however, only 12 are able to run at once.
  • The capacity of each vehicle is 16.
  • The attraction is housed in Soundstage 57. Next to NASA's Space Shuttle Assembly Building, it is the largest building with no interior structural support; towering a massive 74,000 square feet.
  • During the removal "Kongfrontation," it was found that pieces of the ride track had to remain in tact, or the building would eventually collapse. Therefore, sections of Kong's tram track still exist in the building.
  • The attraction claims to immerse guests into the world of six common human fears; Lysgophobia, Entomophobia, Tachophobia, Acrophobia, Demonophobia, and Necrophobia. These are the fear of the dark, fear of insects, fear of speed, fear of heights, fear of evil spirits, and fear of death.

"Reggie: Are you insane? Get out of here! The curse is real! This whole place is a trap! He's after your souls! Look for the Med-Jai symbol, it's your only hope!

Imhotep: Silence! With your souls I will rule for all eternity!"
